Retailer Obligations

• Provide accurate shipping and contact information

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from your use of our Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
