Payment FAQs

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on ShopEnGenie?

Yes, absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption and are PCI DSS compliant. Your card details are never stored on our servers and are processed through secure payment gateways like Stripe and Razorpay.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, don't worry! Your order will be automatically cancelled and no amount will be charged. You can try again with the same or different payment method. If money was deducted, it will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

Can I pay partially with wallet and card?

Currently, we don't support split payments. You can pay the full amount using one payment method. However, you can use your wallet balance first and pay the remaining amount with card/UPI if wallet balance is insufficient.

Do you charge any convenience fees?

No, we don't charge any convenience fees for online payments. The price you see is the final price you pay. However, your bank or payment provider may charge their own transaction fees.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?

Yes! If you cancel your order before it's shipped, you'll get a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For UPI and wallet payments, refunds are usually processed within 24-48 hours.

Do you accept international cards?

Yes, we accept international credit and debit cards. However, your bank may charge international transaction fees. Please check with your bank for any additional charges that may apply to international transactions.
