What if I lost my receipt or order confirmation?

Don't worry! If you have an account with us, all your order history is saved. If you checked out as a guest, contact our support team with your email address and approximate order date, and we'll help you locate your order.

How do I track my return?

Once you ship your return using our prepaid label, you'll receive a tracking number. You can track your return in your account under "Returns" or use the tracking number with the shipping carrier's website.
