Important Delivery Information

What happens if I'm not home during delivery?

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be held at the local delivery center for 7 days. You can reschedule delivery or pick up the package from the center.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

You can change your delivery address within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, contact our customer support team immediately. Changes may not be possible once the order is shipped.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order in your account under "My Orders" or directly on the courier partner's website.

What if my package is damaged during delivery?

If you receive a damaged package, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If you've already accepted the delivery, take photos of the damage and contact our support team within 24 hours for a quick resolution.

Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?

Standard deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. We don't deliver on Sundays and national holidays. Express and next-day delivery options may be available on Sundays in select cities.
